        No, we have members all over the world.

2. If I become a member of the ICBA will I be charged ever again?
        No, you will never be charged again, once a member of the ICBA.

        These PC's have slight cosmetic defects from production and shipping because         of this the computers are sold for rock bottom prices. We show you techniques         to find these computers. We also provide links to website that will offer         wholesale priced computers.

5. What do you mean "liquidated desktop PC's"? sounds too good to be true.
        That is simple ...... BULK ORDERS. When you go to your local bulk barns you         buy groceries at low prices, the only exceptions is you don't get the fancy         packaging! The same thing applies to computers and computer equipment.         When the Computer equipment is purchased in bulk then one will pay only a         fraction of the cost and can pass the savings on to you. Simple as that.

6. Do you have a phone number I can call to speak with a representative?
        No, We do not offer phone support due to the large volume of inquires we         receive each day. We like to keep the phone lines open for contacting product         distributors etc. We do offer live chat and email for you to contact us.

7. Do you accept credit cards payments for your programs?
        Unfortunately, due to the high amount of credit card fraud and to keep costs as low         as possible we choose not to accept credit card payments. We accept Interenational         postal money order from people living in the Unites States and international Bank         drafts for our international customers.
